Job Description:

SPARK Education is currently seeking passionate full-time elementary teachers who are energetic and enthusiastic about guiding early learners towards becoming confident independent students through positive communication. If you are a native English speaker living in Korea with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, we would love to hear from you.

[Teaching Position]

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native English speakers ONLY

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea

- Must be living in Korea

- Able to provide documents for teaching clearance in South Korea

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Working Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- Monthly Salary: Starting at 3 million KRW with housing

[Research & Development Position]

We are also looking for a skilled R&D member who can act as a substitute teacher when needed. The ideal candidate should have experience creating and editing education materials for elementary and middle school students. They must possess teaching experience that highlights their understanding of the educational needs of English language learners in South Korea.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native English speakers only

- Experienced in workbook, worksheet, and template design

- Skilled in content editing

- Above average reading, writing, and editing skills

- Comfortable working with advanced young learners

- Must reside in Korea

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Working Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- Monthly Salary: Starting at 3 million KRW without housing (negotiable based on interview)

- Additional benefits: All national holidays off, flex-paid time off, severance pay, pension, and national health insurance
