Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and experienced native English speaker with a passion for teaching? Classy English Language School in Salaya is currently seeking a full-time native English teacher to join our team. As a leading language institution, we are committed to providing high-quality education while fostering a fun, engaging and supportive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
• Creating dynamic and engaging lesson plans that cater to students' language proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Conducting weekend classes to accommodate students' schedules.
• Preparing teaching materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and multimedia resources.
• Providing constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.

Requirements:
• Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to children or young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in adjusting teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 50,000 Thai Baht per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
