Job Description:

Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Chon Buri, Thailand, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) program. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education through play and experiential learning for children aged 2–6 years.

Start Date: August 2026

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured and creative lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
- Facilitate the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
- Conduct regular assessments and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.
- Uphold safeguarding, well-being, and professional standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Ability to design creative, child-centered learning experiences.
- Effective classroom management skills and awareness of safeguarding.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and fostering positive relationships.
- Passion for working with young children aged 2–6 years.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience in play-based learning is preferred.
- Native English Speaker.
- New graduates are welcome, with training provided.

Location: Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand (30 minutes from Pattaya and 2 hours from Bangkok).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with 15–18 teaching hours per week.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: 35,000–45,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Contract duration: 2 or 3 academic years with a 3-month probation period.
- Visa and work permit provided before employment begins.
- Performance bonus and paid holidays.
- Additional benefits offered.
