Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher (EYFS) to join our team, starting in August 2026. We are a supportive community dedicated to nurturing children aged 2–6 years through play-based and experiential learning.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver structured, creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) lessons.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and create progress reports.
- Maintain positive communication with parents and colleagues.
- Promote safeguarding, well-being, and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and experience in play-based learning is preferred.
- Native English Speaker.
- New graduates are welcome, with training provided.
Location:
- Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand, only 30 minutes from Pattaya and 2 hours from Bangkok.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with 15–18 teaching hours per week.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: 35,000–45,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Contract length: 2 or 3 academic years, with a 3-month probation period.
- Visa and work permit provided before employment begins.
- Performance bonuses and paid holidays.
