Job Description:

Join IDEAL English Academy, a reputable private language school in Bangkok known for its creative and inspiring English Programs that engage students in their learning journey. Our students develop into confident and proficient English speakers.


We are currently hiring Native English Speakers and Business/Economics teachers for both Regular and English Programs, starting in October 2024.


As part of our team at our Client School in Rama 4, you will work with a dedicated group of teachers focused on achieving the best outcomes for all students. We are looking for a teacher who can bring flexibility, commitment, energy, and vision to the department.


This full-time position involves teaching up to 20 periods per week, with additional hours for administrative tasks, lesson planning, and activities (total 40 hours per week). You will receive support and training from an exceptional Head Teacher.

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University

- ESL qualification: TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL (min. 120 hrs in class)

- Native English Speakers already in Thailand and available to start in October 2024


Benefits of working with us:

- Monday to Friday, 8 am-4 pm work schedule

- Starting salary of 40,000 - 42,000 Baht during probation (3 months)

- Salary increase to 42,000 - 44,000 Baht post-probation

- 12-month renewable contract with annual salary increments

- End-of-contract bonus based on performance

- Non-B visa extension and Work Permit provided
