Job Description:

NANAENG Learning Center in Bundang, South Korea, is seeking a US/Canada native English speaker for a part-time Adult English Conversation Instructor position.

Join our small but growing academy in Bundang to engage in real, engaging conversations with motivated adult professionals. Your role involves creating a comfortable environment for natural conversations and providing simple feedback to help students improve.

POSITION

English Conversation Instructor

Part-time

STUDENTS

Adult professionals (primary)

Plus a small number of K12 Speech & Debate classes

CLASS SIZE

1-on-1 & small group

4–7 students per group class

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

Mon–Thu, Sat, or short-term weekday daytime

Various working hour options available

SALARY & BENEFITS

- Monthly Salary: ₩1.7M – ₩2.9M

- Completion Bonus and Additional Content Income

LOCATION

Jeongja-dong, Bundang, South Korea

START DATE

ASAP / negotiable

TASKS

- Engage in casual English conversations

- Discuss topics and lesson materials

- Create a comfortable speaking environment

- Provide simple feedback to help students improve

COMPENSATION

- Training period (1–2 months): ₩25,000/hr

- After probation: ₩30,000+/hr

- After 6 months: ₩35,000+/hr

- Bachelor's degree and F-series visa required
