Carrot English is seeking Korean-English Bilingual instructors (Gyopo or Native Korean) to conduct 1:1 online English classes for elementary and middle school junior learners. These lessons are part of a co-teaching curriculum where native Korean and native English-speaking teachers guide the class to improve both grammar and conversation skills. The goal is to explain grammar and textbook content in natural, English-speaking contexts, and help students learn essential middle school grammar through everyday conversation. [Job Responsibilities] - Conduct scheduled video lessons via Zoom - Prepare and teach using assigned textbooks and syllabus - Provide explanations in Korean when needed to support grammar and concept understanding - Student age group : higher elementary to middle school [Class Format] - After the Korean Teacher’s lesson, students take a follow-up lesson on the same topic and textbook with a native-speaking teacher - No direct communication with the Korean teachers and native English teachers.
