Job Description:

NANAENG Learning Center in Jeongja-dong, Bundang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, is seeking a part-time English Conversation Instructor for adult professionals and K12 students. The role involves engaging in natural conversations with motivated students and creating a comfortable learning environment.

Position Title: English Conversation Instructor (Part-time)

Students: Adult professionals and K12 Speech & Debate classes

Class Size: 1-on-1 & small group

Working Days: Mon-Thu, Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons, Sat, or short-term weekday daytime

Working Hours: Weekday evenings, weekday afternoons, or Saturday mornings

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly Salary: ₩1.7M – ₩2.9M

- Completion Bonus and Additional Content Income

- Complimentary Korean Lessons

- Freelance Contract with 3.3% withholding tax

Location: Jeongja-dong, Bundang (3 min from Jeongja Station)

Start Date: ASAP / negotiable (Aug or Sep also OK)

Tasks:

- Engage in casual English conversations

- Discuss topics provided for each session

- Create a comfortable speaking environment

- Provide simple feedback to help students improve

- Light lesson preparation may be required

Working Hours (Part-time Schedule):

- Options available for different time slots

- Training and support provided

- Strong performers may advance to higher pay

Compensation:

- Training period and probationary rate

- Increase in pay based on performance and experience

Requirements:

- Native English speaker residing in South Korea

- Bachelor's degree and relevant documentation

- Valid F-series visa required

- Prior teaching experience a plus but not required
