NANAENG Learning Center is currently seeking part-time English Conversation Instructors for their evening program in Bundang, Jeongja-dong. This role is perfect for friendly and outgoing F-Visa holders interested in engaging students in natural English conversations and providing feedback on areas for improvement.
The main responsibilities include participating in casual English conversations, discussing lesson materials, creating a comfortable speaking environment, and offering simple feedback to help students enhance their skills. Some light lesson preparation is required before each class, with detailed lesson planning and grading managed by academic managers.
The position offers flexible working hours, with options for evening shifts from Monday to Thursday and a Saturday morning shift available. Instructors may also have the opportunity to open their dedicated classes after six months, leading to higher pay.
NANAENG provides a competitive compensation package, starting at ₩25,000/hr during the training period, with the potential to earn up to ₩35,000/hr after six months based on performance. The role also includes additional income opportunities through content creation and projects.
