Job Description:

Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited is seeking an English Language Instructor with British nationality to join their Language Center at the Rojana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand. As one of Thailand's leading industrial organizations, Bangkok Glass Group operates in glass packaging, consumer packaging, and related industries. They also own BG Pathum United Football Club.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging conversational English lessons to small groups of employees, helping them improve their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, organizing language activities, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with approximately 16–18 teaching hours per week. Fridays are reserved for lesson preparation and learner support, with no evening or weekend classes.

Qualifications include British nationality, native-level English speaking ability, a bachelor's degree, and at least two years of teaching experience. A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent qualification is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a professional mindset.

Benefits include a competitive salary of approximately THB 60,000 per month, company health insurance, full visa and work permit support, and paid public holidays. Employment is contract-based, with a renewable one-year contract.

The interview process involves two stages: an online interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a face-to-face interview at Bangkok Glass Headquarters, which includes a 10-minute trial teaching session.
