- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Holding teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent)

- Teaching English to very young learners and young learners
- Engage in professional development initiatives
- Encourage and support students to reach their educational objectives
- Participate in extra-curricular activities (placement testing, events, etc.)
- Maintain accurate class records and reports
