Role Purpose
Create a warm, safe, and highly engaging preschool environment that follows the EYFS, nurtures life skills and independence, and builds 21st-century capacities (communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking).
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
• Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate provision aligned to EYFS principles.
• Integrate early phonics, early mathematical thinking, projects, and life skills using KKIS resources: Jolly Phonics and White Rose Maths.
• Build the 4Cs through hands-on inquiry, problem-solving, and collaborative tasks.
• Use indoor/outdoor learning to develop curiosity, teamwork, and connection to nature and community.
• Provide clear daily routines and positive behavior expectations suitable for Nursery.
Personal Development, Behaviour & Welfare
• Systematically teach self-care (toileting, handwashing, dressing, tidying), table manners, and safe choices.
• Promote friendship skills, turn-taking, and emotional literacy (naming feelings, simple self-regulation).
• Encourage healthy habits (snacks, water, toothbrushing) and environmental awareness through simple class jobs.
Assessment & Home–School Communication
• Observe and document learning across EYFS 7 Areas of child learning and development
• Maintain up-to-date learning journals/portfolios and developmental milestone records.
• Share progress through regular updates, meetings, and reports; set simple next steps with parents.
• Use Google Drive/Google Classroom (or school platforms) to store documentation and share appropriate learning media.

Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
