Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Global Citizen Skills Training Program aligned with international standards (e.g., IELTS).
- Integrate soft skills into English training through practical activities and projects.
- Deliver teaching and training sessions.
- Oversee program operations: student services, feedback, and activities.
- Maintain a professional, 100% English-speaking environment.
- Monitor outcomes, ensure quality, and report progress.
- Working Hours: 20 hours/week (10 teaching + 10 office hours).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, TESOL, or related field.
- Leadership/management experience.
- IELTS teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills with university students.
- Adaptable, proactive, and well-organized.
