Job Description:

Earl Montessori and Creativity Center is seeking a dedicated Montessori Guide (Teacher). We have one available position with a start date in early October 2026. The role is based at Earl Montessori in Ratchaburi, conveniently located along the Ratchaburi Bypass Road.

Responsibilities include guiding children’s learning in a Montessori environment, preparing learning materials and the classroom, communicating with parents, collaborating with the teaching team, managing young children aged approximately 1.3 to 3.5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being, and performing additional duties as assigned by the school.

Candidates should be female, aged 23 to 35, with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in education or childcare is required, with Montessori experience being an advantage. Excellent spoken and listening skills in English are essential, and native English speakers are highly preferred. The ideal candidate should love working with children, be responsible and eager to learn, and possess good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
