Montfort College Primary Section in Chiang Mai is seeking a Native English Speaker (NES) Science Teacher for the upper primary level. This full-time position offers a starting salary of 40,000 baht per month, with additional benefits including an annual performance-based salary increment, an annual bonus, free school lunch, teacher trips, and health insurance. The role involves approximately 18 teaching periods per week, with class sizes not exceeding 30 students, and collaboration with a Thai co-teacher. The position is open strictly to native speakers from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Ireland, for an immediate start.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in sciences, math, a related field, or humanities, with a preference for those with TEFL/TESOL certification and teaching experience in Thailand. Candidates should be proficient with computers and standard software packages such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and capable of integrating technology to enhance classroom learning.
The employment contract is for 12 months and is renewable. Candidates available for a personal interview and demo lesson at the school in Chiang Mai will be prioritized.
