Firefly Forest School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and creative Primary Teacher for a full-time position. Our school embraces a nature-based, experiential learning approach, where children aged 6-9 learn through curiosity, exploration, and real-life experiences.
**Position Overview:**
- Job Title: Primary Teacher / Homeroom Teacher
- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Class Size: Small, ensuring personalized attention
- Salary: Starting at least ฿36,000 per month

**Responsibilities:**
- Foster a warm and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage children to ask questions and engage in hands-on learning.
- Teach primary-level English, Mathematics, Science, and interdisciplinary projects.
- Integrate nature and outdoor experiences into learning.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching primary-aged children is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with international or alternative education is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Project-Based Learning, Inquiry-Based Learning, or child-centered approaches like Forest School, Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, or Singapore Math is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for fostering independent and curious learners.
