Ambassador Bilingual Academy in Chiang Mai is seeking a Secondary Reading & Writing Teacher for a full-time position. The role offers a competitive salary starting at ฿35,000 per month.
Our teachers are essential in providing high-quality education in an English-medium setting at our bilingual school in Thailand. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' academic and personal development, and collaborating with Thai co-teachers to enhance the bilingual learning experience. Teachers are expected to foster an inclusive classroom environment, participate in school events, and contribute to professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learners, including English language learners.
- Conduct assessments and keep accurate student records.
- Provide feedback on student performance at least once per semester.
- Maintain discipline following the school's behavior management policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Participate actively in school activities and events.
- Supervise students during school hours, including breaks and field trips.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
- Develop and administer exams and report grades promptly.
- Provide written comments on student performance at least once per semester.
