I. General Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher with a high level of
English proficiency to deliver high-quality English language training to our Vietnamese
sta􀆯. This role will empower employees to communicate confidently with international
colleagues and clients, supporting Atlas’s commitment to professional growth and
global standards. The position also supports the Learning & Development (L&D)
function through training delivery, evaluation, and administrative support.
II. Main Responsibilities
English Language Training & Programme Development
 Assess employees’ English proficiency and identify training needs based on
business goals and competency frameworks.
 Design, develop, and deliver e􀆯ective group and individual training programmes,
including general, business, and technical English.
 Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on training outcomes and progress, using
assessments, feedback, and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement and
measurable impact.
 Revise training curricula and materials to reflect evolving business needs and best
practices.
 Explore, implement, and evaluate appropriate English proficiency tests.
 Stay updated on language teaching trends and incorporate innovative
methodologies.
