Key Responsibilities • Teach English classes to kindergarten students (ages 5–7) • Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans • Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities • Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment • Encourage students to participate and communicate in English • Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to the academic team • Communicate with Korean staff regarding student development • Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions • Maintain classroom organization and safety
Qualifications • Native English speaker (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) • Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred) • Experience teaching young learners preferred Eligible for E-2 visa • Positive attitude and strong classroom management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with staff
Working Conditions • Monday to Friday schedule 9am to 6pm • Teaching kindergarten classes during the day • Support from Korean co-teachers and academic staff • Structured curriculum and teaching materials provided
