What will you do? - Teach English to children ages 3-18 - Teach a variety of our core classes with your regular students, and then more unique activities such as Life Clubs, school trips, and cultural events - Maintain ongoing records, scores, and progress reports related to your classes - Provide meaningful updates to parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings, and perform placement tests for new students. - Continuous professional development through in-centre training, collaborating with other teachers, and learning through our online training system. Benefits: - A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - 5 day working week - 12 days annual leave, plus a week each at Eid and Christmas, and all Indonesian national holidays - Professional training, career development, and ongoing certification - We offer full, legal, visa support - Local health insurance - Accommodation allowance of 2.5m on top of the base salary - Flight reimbursement - Contract completion bonus Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree in any field - TEFL certification - Native level English Speaker - For non-native level speakers, requires either: IELTS of 7.5 overall, with a minimum of 7.5 in the Speaking section OR iBT TOEFL, with an overall score of 102 and a minimum of 25 in Speaking `OR Cambridge C1 Advanced – Minimum Grade B (score of 193) - A passion and patience for working with children, and overseeing their long-term development - The ability to work with and develop each other as a team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment - Clean criminal background check - For experienced teachers with an EF background, there is the possibility of joining in a Senior Teacher role
