Male / Female with more than 5 years of teaching experience: Licensed and qualified English teacher who (is): •	Competent at organizing and delivering lessons /curriculum to students in an effective way. •	 Demonstrates good understanding and knowledge of school curriculum / how to create unit plans and lesson plans •	Carefully supervises, guides, and assesses student performance •	Communicates with students in an understandable, effective way about daily lessons and instructions •	Creates and assigns learning projects, tests, quizzes, and homework for students, then grading their performance accurately on these assignments •	Works with students individually if they need extra help and support in their English skills development •	Collaborates with a school’s administration in enforcing rules of behavior, class participation and conduct for students (Classroom Management) •	Performs other areas of teachers' duties as assigned •	Receives compensation per month starting from 40,000 - up to 45,000 THB
