Male / Female with more than 5 years of teaching experience Licensed and qualified English teacher who (is): -Competent at organizing and delivering lessons /curriculum to students in an effective way. -Studies school curriculum – demonstrates good understanding and knowledge of how to create unit plans and lesson plans -Carefully supervises, guides, and assesses student performance -Communicates with students in an understandable, effective way about daily lessons and instructions -Creates and assigns learning projects, tests, quizzes, and homework for students, then grading their performance accurately on these assignments -Collaborates with a school’s administration in enforcing rules of behavior, class participation and conduct for students (Classroom Management) -Works with students individually if they need extra help and support in their English skills development
