Job Description:
(1) Teaching Academic Purposes (Joint Diploma Program), or Elective Courses on Intercultural issues or English Writing Courses.
(2) Teaching the school's Bilingual Experimental Class

Required Qualifications:
All applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the application:
1. A native speaker of English from United States, Canada, England, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, or other countries where English is an official language.
2. A certified K-12 teacher with a state/nation-issued teacher's certificate or sub teaching license issued by your home government.
3. A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, with the exception of degrees having half or more of the courses completed online or through distance learning/correspondence.
4. Committed to abiding by the laws and regulations of Taiwan.
5. Competent in interpersonal communication skills.
6. Understanding of, and respectful toward the local culture.

Remunerations and Other Benefits:
ARC Application:
Ministry of Education will issue you a public document/a work permit, which allows the school to help you apply for an ARC.
Housing Allowance:
NT$5,000 per month

Monthly Salary ( Depending on teaching experience):
Holders of doctoral degrees: NT$ 78,990~ 104,020
Holders of master’s degrees: NT$ 75,680~ 98,780
Holders of bachelor’s degrees: NT$ 67,850~88,880
*The salary rate is based on teacher’s highest education level and amount of teaching experience. The amount of teacher’s teaching experience only includes the year(s) he/she has taught at a public government school within or outside of the R.O.C. or a registered private school in the R.O.C. Less than one year or a practicum period will not be considered.
Work week:
Regular working hours shall be 8 hours (excluding lunch break) a day. Flextime shall apply upon the agreement of the parties hereto.
