Job Description:

AMJ Academy is seeking a Regular Teacher to join their team in Gyeonggi, Bundang. Located at 2F, 17-4 Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

At AMJ Academy, we value independent thinking, clear communication, and idea generation over rote memorization. Our curriculum focuses on project-based learning with real-world applications such as Mock Trials, City Design Projects using Minecraft, Entrepreneurship & Marketing Projects, and more.

We are looking for teachers who can facilitate engaging, discussion-based classes, move beyond traditional teaching methods, and prioritize developing students' critical thinking skills. Adaptability, proactiveness, and a growth mindset are essential qualities we seek.

Experience in elementary English academies in Korea for at least one year is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in Media, Journalism, or Entertainment. Visa support is provided for eligible candidates.

The employment period starts from Oct 1, with one week of training required before classes begin. Working hours are 8 hours a day, with specifics detailed for each weekday. The salary package ranges from 3.1M to 4.0M and includes furnished housing.
