We are looking for Business Communication Trainers in Taiwan who have an ARC or APRC to deliver training to corporate clients in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung.
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience delivering Business English or Corporate Language training courses to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
• Face2Face Training: Deliver F2F business communication skills courses
• Workshops: Facilitate large group workshops to corporate clients.
• Virtual Training: Deliver virtual/online training to clients in Taiwan and China.
• Webinars: Conduct webinars to medium and large group sizes.
• Executive Communication Coaching: Coach senior management
• Evaluation & Reporting: Submit focused, detailed training reports
• Communication: Engage with NextGen to adapt course learning content.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have an APRC or ARC.
• A positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• 3-5 years of experience delivering Business English or Corporate Language training courses.
• The ability to use platforms like Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom
• Experience delivering virtual/online courses or webinars is useful
• Strong facilitation, class management and communication skills
• Previous experience in business - sales, marketing, human resources, or learning & development is a benefit, but not a requirement.
