Position Overview: Ivy Collegiate Academy in Taichung, Taiwan, is seeking passionate and experienced instructors to join their faculty for the remainder of the academic year. They are looking for dedicated individuals to cover courses in various subjects and support the school's commitment to academic excellence and student success.
1.
First Position (Subject: Physics):
- Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction in physics and integrated science courses, collaborating with department colleagues to design engaging curriculum, assessing and supporting student learning, and co-teaching in Integrated Science.
- Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred), teaching certification or experience in Physics, experience teaching AP Physics and secondary school science, strong classroom management and collaborative skills, and a passion for fostering student curiosity and academic excellence.

Second Position (Subject: Math):
- Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction in Math, collaborating with colleagues to design engaging curriculum, assessing and supporting student learning, and co-teaching in Integrated Science.
- Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred), teaching certification or experience in Math, experience teaching Math, strong classroom management and collaborative skills, and a passion for fostering student curiosity and academic excellence.

Third Position (Subject: Japanese Teacher):
- Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction in Japanese and integrated Japanese courses, collaborating with colleagues to design engaging curriculum, assessing and supporting student learning, and co-teaching in Integrated Science.
- Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred), teaching certification or experience in Japanese, experience teaching AP Japanese and secondary school science, strong classroom management and collaborative skills, and a passion for fostering student curiosity and academic excellence.
