We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Studies to join Oak Meadow International School in Phuket, Thailand. This pivotal role involves leading our academic programs and enhancing teaching and learning excellence. The Director of Studies will be responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, and supporting the growth of both teachers and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the curriculum and teaching standards from Kindergarten through High School.
- Supervise and support teachers in planning, assessment, and classroom practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Lead curriculum alignment with international standards, including the American Common Core, NGSS, and 21st-century skills.
- Coordinate professional development programs, mentoring, and teacher evaluations.
- Analyze student performance data to guide academic improvements and interventions.
- Collaborate with department heads, principals, and the school management team to enhance academic outcomes.
- Promote innovation, creativity, and active learning across all academic programs.
- Oversee internal and external assessments, ensuring consistent and fair evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker.
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or Curriculum Development.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in academic leadership or coordination roles, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of international curricula and effective instructional practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven experience in teacher coaching, curriculum design, and academic quality assurance.
- Fluency in English is essential.
