Job Description:

Garden International School Bangkok is seeking a full-time EAL Teacher to join our team in Bangkok. This role offers a competitive salary starting at ฿60,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging EAL lessons tailored to students' language needs.
- Evaluate students' English proficiency and track their progress.
- Provide differentiated support to help students access the mainstream curriculum.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create strategies and resources for English language learners.
- Maintain accurate student progress records and prepare required reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents about students' development and learning goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Uphold the school's safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or license.
- Experience teaching English language learners in a school setting.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to tailor instruction to meet diverse student needs.
