Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 THB per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified female NES teacher with the following requirements:
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood preferred) or a BA with TESOL/TEFL certification.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Kindergarten teaching experience; specific experience with Early Years (ages 2-4) is highly desirable.
3. Gender: Female NES (Native English Speaker) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Specializes in Early Years education with a strong understanding of child development stages and a passion for Sensorial Learning.
- Enjoys designing hands-on activities, DIY teaching aids, and lesson plans that enhance fine and gross motor skills.
- Manages classrooms of toddlers with patience, energy, and a focus on positive discipline.
General Duties:
- Develop and implement active learning lesson plans based on the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum.
- Encourage 21st-century skills through simulated environments and direct sensory experiences.
- Monitor and document developmental milestones of students aged 2-4 years.
