Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Thailand, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher (EYFS) to join our vibrant team starting May-June 2026. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and believe in fostering learning through play and creativity, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering structured and creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework for children aged 2–6 years. You will support the holistic development of the children, conduct ongoing assessments, and maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues while promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for working with young children. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required, and native English speakers are preferred. Experience in play-based learning is advantageous, but new graduates are welcome as training will be provided.
The position offers a competitive salary of 35,000–45,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience, along with performance bonuses, paid holidays, and additional benefits. A visa and work permit will be provided before employment begins. The contract duration is 2 or 3 academic years, with a 3-month probation period.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with 15–18 teaching hours per week.
