Job Description:

English Department Head - Tonkla School, Thailand

Location: Tonkla School, Thailand
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Contract: 1-year, renewable

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the English curriculum for both IP and IEP programs.
- Conduct teacher observations and provide training.
- Design assessments and utilize data to enhance educational outcomes.
- Represent the English department at events and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in international schools.
- Leadership experience in curriculum development.
- Strong ESL methodology and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 60,000 THB per month.

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
