Job Description:

Pan-Asia International School in Bangkok is looking for a qualified and experienced English Immersion Program (EIP) Facilitator to join its team starting in January 2026. The successful candidate will work in the Middle and High School sections of this esteemed IB World School, which emphasizes academic excellence and inclusive education.

Position: English Immersion Program (EIP) Facilitator
Location: Pan-Asia International School (PAIS), Prawet, Bangkok

About the Role:
The EIP Facilitator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Education Adjustment Plans for students with diverse learning needs. The facilitator will identify students' strengths and barriers, set measurable learning goals, collaborate with educators and parents, and adjust strategies as needed. This role requires a positive attitude, patience, and a passion for student development, as well as the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in learning support, special education, or EIP coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A teaching degree and at least two to three years of teaching experience are mandatory for foreign nationals to obtain a work permit in Thailand.
