We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly professional Native English Teacher who is passionate about teaching and comfortable working across face-to-face and hybrid learning environments.
The ideal candidate should also be confident in front of the camera and willing to contribute to the Academy's online courses, educational videos, social media content, and marketing activities.
We are particularly interested in teachers who are creative, adaptable, technology-oriented, and able to connect effectively with students both inside the classroom and online.
Main Areas of the Role
Depending on qualifications, experience, and capability, candidates may be considered for one or both of the following areas:
1. Teaching & Student Management
Teach face-to-face, online, and hybrid classes
Manage both classroom and online students simultaneously
Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress
Provide academic support and regular feedback
Maintain professional classroom standards
2. Online Course & Content Development
Develop structured online English courses
Prepare complete course outlines, syllabuses, and lesson plans
Record professional English lessons
Create educational video content
Develop multimedia teaching materials
Participate in educational, promotional, and social media video production
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Classroom Management
Deliver professional, engaging, and interactive English lessons in physical, online, and hybrid class settings
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for students of different levels, ages, nationalities, and learning needs
Manage hybrid classrooms effectively, ensuring that both online and face-to-face students remain actively engaged
Apply effective classroom management techniques
Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Use student-centered and activity-based teaching approaches
Adapt lessons based on individual student abilities and learning needs
Encourage active participation, communication, and confidence among students
Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development
Prepare comprehensive lesson plans for assigned programs
Contribute to syllabus and curriculum development
Develop engaging classroom activities, exercises, and projects
Prepare teaching materials including:
PowerPoint presentations
Worksheets
Audio resources
Video materials
Digital activities
Online learning resources
Research and implement modern English-language teaching methodologies
Develop new learning materials suitable for both classroom and online delivery
Assessment & Student Progress
Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments
Prepare examinations, quizzes, assignments, and classroom activities
Assign and review homework
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
Maintain accurate records of:
Attendance
Academic progress
Assessment results
Student performance
Development and participation
Identify students who require additional academic support
Online & Hybrid Teaching
Confidently use online teaching and video-conferencing platforms
Manage hybrid classrooms with students participating both physically and remotely
Use smart boards, presentation systems, cameras, microphones, and classroom technology effectively
Ensure online students receive an engaging learning experience comparable to students attending physically
Support and manage online students and lessons
Video & Online Course Production
Be comfortable and confident teaching in front of the camera
Record professional English lessons for online courses
Present educational topics clearly and naturally on video
Work with the academic and media teams to produce high-quality educational content
Help develop complete online English-language programs
Review recorded learning materials to ensure academic quality and accuracy
Marketing & Academy Activities
Teachers are expected to contribute positively to the Academy's public presence.
Responsibilities may include:
Participating in educational and promotional videos
Shooting short videos for social media
Appearing in selected marketing content
Participating in academy events and activities
Supporting promotional campaigns related to educational programs
Assisting in creating photos and videos for social media and promotional use
Representing Awesome Academy professionally during events, workshops, and promotional activities
Candidates should therefore be comfortable appearing on camera and participating in marketing-related educational content.
Academy & Student Activities
Organize or participate in social, cultural, and extracurricular activities
Participate in:
Student events
Workshops
Sports activities
Excursions
Cultural programs
Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Participate actively in professional development programs
Assist in documentation required for inspections, audits, academic quality assurance, or regulatory requirements
Perform other reasonable academic duties assigned by the Principal
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language
Bachelor's Degree in:
Education
English Language
English Literature
TESL / TESOL
Linguistics
Or another relevant field
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent professional teaching certification
Previous experience as an English-language teacher
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods
Strong lesson-planning and classroom-management skills
Ability to work professionally with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
Preference may be given to suitable passport holders from:
United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Master's Degree in Education, English, TESOL, or related field
Previous online teaching experience
Experience managing hybrid classrooms
Experience developing English-language courses
Curriculum or syllabus design experience
Experience recording educational videos
Experience teaching in front of a camera
Experience creating digital learning content
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online education platforms
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Working Hours
Depending on the position and contract, working arrangements may include:
Full-Time Teaching Schedule
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
or
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Some teaching, online-course recording, content-development, or project-based responsibilities may involve flexible scheduling, depending on program requirements.
