Varee Chiangmai School is seeking a homeroom grade 5 English teacher for our primary English program. The current position runs from October to April, with an option to sign an extended contract for the 2027 academic year. We are arranging interviews for candidates who are willing to visit our school in person to complete the recruitment process. Our hiring process requires that all teachers, regardless of qualifications, demonstrate their ability to engage learners effectively through a brief demo lesson.
Our school is located near the city center with modern facilities and well-equipped classrooms. Varee Chiangmai School is unique in Northern Thailand for being the only school which is licensed to teach both Thai and International Curricula. We are looking for individuals who are able to plan effective lessons within an integrated curriculum. Applicants who have experience with project-based and active learning are preferred.

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
