Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Homeroom Management: Establishing a supportive, structured classroom routine that fosters emotional, social, and academic development.
• Language Immersion: Deliver engaging English instruction focusing on early phonics, vocabulary building, speaking, and listening skills using Total Physical Response (TPR), storytelling, and sensory activities.
• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute thematic units aligned with early childhood learning standards and ESL frameworks.
• Assessment & Reporting: Track student language milestones, behavioral growth, and developmental progress.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with local teaching assistants and staff to bridge cultural boundaries and ensure a smooth, welcoming classroom dynamic.
• School Events & Community: Participate in school assemblies, cultural celebrations, field trips, and parent engagement activities.
