Job Description:

Position: ESL Teacher at Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary: Depends on experience, with a minimum of ฿60,000 per month

Work Scope:
- Encourage high standards in student progress
- Contribute to the effective running of the school
- Promote a positive, purposeful, and professional school culture
- Support and motivate students, teachers, and employees
- Encourage consultation, review, and improvement

Teaching and Learning Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans and resources
- Set and achieve curriculum objectives
- Review and evaluate students' progress
- Attend parents-teachers meetings
- Establish a positive classroom environment
- Keep up-to-date with current events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TESOL or TEFL certification
- Previous teaching experience in ESL or EFL context
- Fluency in English, additional language proficiency is an asset
