Job Description:

Learn Satit Pattana School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and experienced ESL Teacher for our ISP Program. This full-time, fixed-term position begins in May 2026, with applications due by March 13, 2026. The successful candidate will teach English to secondary students (Grades 7–11) following the U.S. curriculum, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the English department's development and potentially assume a leadership role.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging ESL lessons, fostering language proficiency, designing courses for standardized exams like IELTS and SAT, and promoting critical thinking and communication skills. The role requires collaboration with colleagues, mentoring other teachers, and encouraging student participation in extracurricular activities.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or a related field, a teaching certification in ESL or TESOL, and at least 3–4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level. Native English speakers are preferred, and a teaching license from Kurusapa is advantageous. Strong curriculum design skills and experience with standardized exams are essential.

We offer a competitive salary starting at ฿60,000 per month, with annual increases and a contract completion bonus. Additional benefits include health insurance and work visa sponsorship. Professional development opportunities are also available.
