3. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in kindergarten

4. Ability to develop curriculums and lesson plans

5. Able to organize events, such as student performances

6. Able to co-plan and co-teach with the Taiwanese teacher

7. Be skilled in classroom management, record student progress, and correspond with parents
