Job Description:

Lighthouse Chalong International Kindergarten in Phuket is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Nursery Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is caring, energetic, and experienced in working with nursery or early-years children. Montessori experience, while not required, is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team setting.

Qualifications:
- Native English speaker.
- Relevant degree or qualification in early childhood education.
- Experience in play-based and age-appropriate learning.
- Patient, creative, and nurturing disposition.

Working Conditions:
- Full-Time position.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Minimum salary of 40,000 baht per month, with opportunities for salary increases based on experience, performance, and professional growth.
- Three weeks of paid annual leave.
