AUA Language Center is seeking a Full-Time Native English Speaker Head Teacher for our Rajdamri and Rangsit branches in Bangkok. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our vibrant learning environment and help uphold our high standards of education. The position offers a competitive salary of at least ฿55,000 per month.

1. Rajdamri Branch & Secon Square Bangkae Branch
2. Future Park Rangsit Branch & Secon Square Srinakarin Branch
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers. Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure their readiness.
- **Teacher Management:** Assign and manage teacher schedules. Ensure that classes run smoothly and meet client expectations. Oversee teaching materials and related documentation.
- **Evaluation & Development:** Support class observations, give performance feedback, promote teacher development, and address student concerns.
- **Teaching Support:** Substitute and teach classes when necessary. Handle administration and quality assurance tasks, track teaching hours for payroll, analyze student satisfaction, and lead improvement actions. Support other academic tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA is a plus)
- At least 5 years of English teaching experience or experience in teacher management
- Preferred background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work at both branches, depending on position location
- 5-day work week (2 weekdays off)
- VISA and Work Permit provided
- 3-month probation period, followed by additional benefits upon successful completion
