Oak Meadow International School is currently hiring a full-time Native English-Speaking Teacher for our High School Department in Phuket, Thailand. We are an international school focused on providing a holistic education through creativity, critical thinking, and global citizenship.
Position: High School Teacher (English/Science)
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Teaching license, PGCE, or TEFL certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the secondary or international level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and enthusiasm for student-centered learning
Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects in English to students in Grades 9–12
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school’s international curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic planning and school events
- Participate in school activities, assemblies, and parent meetings
