Job Description:

Prom School in Bangkok is seeking four IEP Kindergarten-Primary teachers for grades K.1 to G.6 for the 2025-2026 academic year. Positions are available to start immediately or by March 2025. Applicants must currently reside in Thailand.

Prom School, a private kindergarten and primary school located on Latkrabang Road, Bangkok, was established in 1990. It provides a fun, friendly, and safe learning environment for about 380 students who are nurtured to become creative, enthusiastic, and independent life-long learners.

Teaching Environment:
Prom School leads in Intensive English Programs (IEP) in the Latkrabang district. Students from K.1 to Grade 6 are taught Maths, Science, and English by foreign teachers. Class sizes range from 24 to 34 students, with up to two supportive Thai teachers assisting.

Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 23 classes per week. Unit tests and final exams are prepared by the school.

Qualifications:

For Native English Speaking Teachers (Minimum base salary: 42,000 Baht):
- Bachelor's degree in any field with at least one year of teaching experience in Thailand.
- Experience teaching Science and/or Math in English at the primary school level (G.1-6).
- Able to commit to a full-time, one-year renewable contract.
- Age 22-50 years, currently residing in Thailand.
- Positive attitude focused on self-improvement.
- Enjoy singing and creating hands-on classroom materials.

For Non-Native English Speaking Teachers (Minimum base salary: 36,000 Baht):
- Bachelor's degree in related fields with at least one year of English teaching experience in Thailand.
- Experience teaching Science and/or Math in English at the primary school level (G.1-6).
- Must possess an English language test score (minimum TOEIC score of 850, TOEFL IBT 79, or IELTS 6.5).
- Must have a TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate.
- Able to commit to a full-time, one-year renewable contract.
- Age 22-50 years, currently residing in Thailand.
- Positive attitude focused on self-improvement.
- Enjoy singing and creating hands-on classroom materials.

Salary:
- Native English Speaking Teachers: Starting from 45,000 Baht per month, commensurate with experience.
- Non-Native English Speaking Teachers: Starting from 38,000 Baht per month, commensurate with experience.

2. Detailed CV/resume with a recent photo.
3. Photocopy of passport (first page), current visa, and degree certificates.
4. Two references from previous schools/employers.
5. English language test score (for Non-Native English speakers).
