Job Description:

I Can Read System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Literacy/EFL Teachers in Bangkok. We are a well-established multinational organization focusing on English literacy skills and have been in operation for over 20 years. With over 20 centers across Thailand, we have plans for further expansion. Our teachers use the specially-developed I Can Read System to teach phonological skills, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to classes of up to 10 students, aged 3-12 years. We provide training, lesson plans, and materials.

We invite applications from native speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

- A completed bachelor's degree or higher.
- A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours).
- Clear speech with a universally understandable accent.
- Experience in teaching or working with children.

Position and Contract Details:

Full-Time:
- 5 days per week: 3 weekdays (13:00-19:00) and weekends (9:00-18:00).
- 24-month contract.
- Salary: THB 48,000 per month (before tax and Social Security deductions), adjustable based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Training and contract completion bonuses.
- Visa and work permit assistance.
- Social Security and medical cover.
- Ongoing professional development.
- Locations: Central Bangna, Mega Bangna, Fashion Island, Central Pinklao, and Surin.

Part-Time:
- Weekends (9:00-18:00), minimum of 4 teaching hours.
- Weekday cover work is available (15:30-19:00) depending on the teacher's availability.
- 24-month contract.
- Pay: THB 500-600 per hour, paid monthly, adjustable based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- THB 100 per class incentive bonus upon completion of 12-month contract periods.
- Training bonus.
- Locations: Central Westgate (Sundays), Crystal Park (Saturday or Sunday), Future Park Rangsit (Saturday or Sunday).

Applicants are required to undergo a 5-day training program in Bangkok before starting their role. Positions are available immediately or within one month after training completion.

Additional Notes:
