About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Montessori Guide to join our team in Phuket, Thailand. You will lead a 3-6 year-old classroom and create a warm, prepared environment where children can develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and guide daily Montessori lessons for children ages 3 to 6
- Observe and support each child’s individual development and interests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring Montessori classroom
- Communicate positively with parents and work collaboratively with staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on Montessori classroom experience
- Qualification: AMI or AMS or equivalent Montessori certification for 3-6 age group preferred
- Age Range: Ideal candidate age 25-35
- Qualities: Passionate about Montessori philosophy, patient, nurturing, proactive, and team-oriented
- Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Phuket, Thailand
