British Mandarin International School is currently hiring for the academic year 2026-2027 and has five vacancies available for Native English Speakers as Early Years and Primary Homeroom Teachers. We are seeking three professional educators who are passionate about student-centered learning and aspire to grow professionally. The start date is mandatory from 6 July to 30 July 2026, with the academic year running from August 2026 to June 2027. Teachers will be directly hired and are expected to provide inclusive and reflective instruction, encouraging continuous improvement in alignment with CIS standards.
The position offers a 12-month contract with a salary range of 75,000 to 80,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Exceptional candidates may negotiate their salary. Additional benefits include health insurance, visa, and work permit assistance, approximately five weeks of paid school holidays, and Thai public holidays. Optional after-school teaching opportunities may be available for additional income.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 07:15 to 16:15, with an approximate teaching load of 20 to 25 periods per week. Class sizes range from 15 to 20 students in Early Years and 20 to 25 students in Primary.
Key responsibilities include delivering structured lessons aligned with the British Curriculum, preparing course outlines and lesson plans, designing assessments, monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to school activities.
