Job Description:

GEOS Language Centre Thailand, located in Bangkok, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional part-time English teacher to join our team in Asoke. This role is perfect for a teacher seeking a stable income, visa and work permit support, and a teaching schedule that respects their personal time.

About GEOS:
Founded in 2002, GEOS Language Centre is a reputable language school situated on Sukhumvit Soi 23, conveniently located near Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. We offer English, Thai, and Japanese language courses to a diverse range of students, including children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and long-term visa students. Our school prides itself on a supportive and international environment, emphasizing practical language learning and student confidence.

Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time English teacher capable of teaching both private and group lessons at various levels for students of different ages, including children and adults. Responsibilities include teaching general English, communication skills, literacy skills, and structured EFL lessons, particularly Callan Method classes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and group English lessons.
- Prepare lessons tailored to students’ needs and levels.
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Help students build confidence in their English skills.
- Provide feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate professionally with the GEOS academic and administrative team.
- Participate in training for structured English programs, including the Callan Method.

Hours and Compensation:
The role involves 20 teaching hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum monthly salary of 40,000 THB. Additional teaching hours are available, with compensation ranging from 500 to 700 THB per 50-minute lesson.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in education, English, linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
- Native English speaker from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Canada, or Ireland.
- At least two years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience teaching both children and adults.
- A professional, reliable, and student-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and apply structured teaching methods.
- Experience or certification in the Callan Method is an advantage.
