Job Summary:
The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons that align with the school curriculum. The role involves promoting physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship among students. Additional responsibilities include organizing sports activities, events, and competitions, assessing and monitoring student progress, ensuring a safe learning environment, managing sports equipment and facilities, and collaborating with colleagues on school activities and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver PE lessons that are engaging and curriculum-aligned.
2. Encourage physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship among students.
3. Organize and oversee sports activities, events, and competitions.
4. Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
5. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment during all physical activities.
6. Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and meetings.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
2. Teaching qualification/license is preferred.
3. Relevant teaching experience in physical education.
4. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
5. Passion for sports, fitness, and student development.
