FireFly Forest School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Native English Speaking (NES) Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. The position involves working with a small classroom of fewer than 12 students aged 2-4 years old.
We are looking for a teacher who values the strengths of each child, believes in the power of play and imagination, and loves working with children. Candidates should be energetic, healthy, and have a passion for nature and continuous learning. Experience with Charlotte Mason and Waldorf educational approaches is a bonus. Skills in the arts and education are also desired.
The role requires working five days a week from Monday to Friday, with occasional camps once a month lasting 2-4 days. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
The starting salary is at least 30,000 Baht per month, with potential for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
