Job Description:

The French International School of Bangkok (LFIB) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Primary School English Teacher for a 6-month temporary replacement position. This role requires expertise in teaching students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and a strong understanding of the British curriculum.

LFIB is a vibrant and successful institution committed to providing exemplary plurilingual education to both the French and international community in Bangkok. The school caters to over 1,000 students aged 3 to 18.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to become a part of our primary school language team for this temporary role.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent) with at least two years of teaching experience.
- Proficient in the British curriculum.
- Ability to work effectively within an international team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and learning.
- Ability to teach at either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Capability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Knowledge of differentiation in teaching.
- Experience as a Head of Department or Language Coordinator is highly advantageous.
- Native English speakers are strongly preferred.

This position is a fixed-term contract from January 5 to July 1, 2026. Only experienced and qualified candidates will be considered, and excellent references are required.
