Thai Christian School (TCS) in Bangkok is seeking a native English-speaking teacher for Grades 1 to 6 in our English Program. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and preferably additional qualifications such as TEFL, CELTA, PGCEi, or MEd. We are looking for a highly motivated teacher who can work with a range of grades, primarily as a teaching assistant and cover teacher with the potential for advancement.
Position: Primary Teacher (Grades 1-6)
Location: Sukhumvit 71 Road, Bangkok
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at 49,000 to 57,000 baht per month, based on experience and qualifications
Start Date: November 2026, for the 2026-27 academic year
Benefits include annual salary increases, paid holidays, a completion bonus, health insurance, visa and work permit assistance, and free lunch. Working hours are from 07:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, with 20 teaching periods per week.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL, CELTA, PGCEi, MEd, or similar credentials preferred
- 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Good IT skills
- Available for in-person interviews and to present original diplomas and transcripts
The successful candidate will be expected to create a supportive and challenging learning environment, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain high standards in lesson planning and student assessment.
