Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $14/hour, translating to a monthly income of $1,232-$1,400 USD.
- Guaranteed Hours: 88-100 hours per month, eliminating income uncertainty.
- Teaching Resources: All materials provided; no lesson planning required.
- Teaching Format: One-on-one, 25-minute sessions.
- Student Demographic: Chinese learners aged 6-15 at A1/A2 proficiency levels.
- Work Environment: Flexible remote work from any location of your choice.
Schedule Options:
- Weekdays: Beijing Time 18:00-21:00
- Weekends: Beijing Time 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00
Schedule Combinations:
1. Four weekdays plus both weekends, totaling 100.8 hours per month.
2. Monday to Friday plus Saturday, with Sunday off, totaling 88.2 hours per month.
3. Monday to Friday plus Sunday, with Saturday off, totaling 88.2 hours per month.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 120-hour TEFL certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Applicants must be from the United States.
- Experience with WeChat is advantageous.
- Strong communication, time management, reliability, and enthusiasm.
Technical Requirements:
- Computer: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz+ with 8GB+ RAM.
- Internet: 20+ Mbps upload/download speed with a cable connection.
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
- Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hour capacity for power interruptions.
- Environment: Quiet and well-lit teaching space.
